摘　　要：目的:规范医院处方点评过程。方法:参阅《药品管理法》、《处方管理办法》、《麻醉药品和精神药品管理条例》、卫生部《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》等法律及文件精神,制定处方点评标准操作规程,应用EpiData数据管理软件建立处方点评软件,并结合Excel软件统计报表功能,直接生成处方点评统计报表。结果与结论:该系统主要包括处方抽样办法、有效性及一般分类信息模块,普通处方点评模块,麻醉药品处方点评模块,精神药品处方点评模块,中药饮片处方点评模块,数据处理模块,结果输出模块等7大模块;以REC文件为指导,进行数据录入及统计分析,可使处方点评过程规范化,减少统计疏漏和录入错误。该系统经处方点评试用,操作便捷,统计迅速,结果准确。OBJECTIVE： To standardize the process of hospital prescription evaluation. METHODS ： Referring to Drug Man- agement Regulation, Prescription Management Regulation, Narcotic and Psychotropic Drugs Management Regulation, Hospital Prescription Evaluation Management Regulation （trial）, and so on, standard operation regulation of prescription evaluation were formulated, and EpiData software was adopted to establish prescription evaluation software. Excel software was applied for results statistics and report forms edition. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The system contains 7 modules, such as prescription sampling method, effectiveness and category message module, common prescription evaluation module, narcotic drugs prescription evalua- tion module, psychotropic drugs prescription evaluation module, TCM decoction pieces prescription evaluation module, data pro- cessing module and outcomes output module. Guided by REC document, data input and statistical analysis are carried out to stan- dardize prescription evaluation to reduce statistics omission and input error. The system is convenient in operation, rapid in statistics and accurate in results after trial application of prescription evaluation.
