摘　　要：目的了解ICU住院患者医院感染率,对医院感染的发生情况进行调查与分析,为制定相关干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对2004年1月-2010年12月某省级医院综合性ICU所有住院患者的医院感染进行前瞻性目标监测,并对监测结果进行描述性统计、卡方检验等分析。结果共调查住院患者2060例,662例发生医院感染,医院感染率为32.14%,例次感染率为44.32%;感染部位以下呼吸道为主,占64.35%;病原菌分布以革兰阴性杆菌为主,占71.79%,其中铜绿假单胞菌最为常见。结论 ICU住院患者医院感染发生率较高,应根据医院感染的发生情况,加强对患者医院感染的前瞻性目标监测,及时采取干预措施,以降低医院感染率。OBJECTIVE To investigate the incidence of nosocomial infections of the hospitalized patients in ICU and explore the causes of nosocomial infections so as to provide scientific bases for developing the corresponding intervention measures.METHODS By means of the cluster sampling method,all the patients with nosocomial infections who enrolled in the integrated ICU of an provincial hospital from Jan 2004 to Dec 2010 were prospectively monitored,and the results were taken for the descriptive statistics and Chi-square test.RESULTS Of totally 2060 hospitalized patients investigated,662 patients suffered from nosocomial infections,and the nosocomial infection rate was 32.14%,the case-time infection rate was 44.32%;the main infection site was the lower respiratory tract（64.35%）;gram-negative bacilli were the main pathogens,accounting for 71.79%,among which Pseudomonas aeruginosa was the most common.CONCLUSION The incidence of nosocomial infections in the hospitalized patients in ICU is so high that it is necessary to strengthen,according to the incidence of nosocomial infections,the prospective targeted surveillance,and adopt the intervention measures in a timely manner so as to decrease the incidence of nosocomial infections.
