木材干燥窑内风速与流场均匀性的数值模拟

摘　　要：以试验用木材干燥窑为实物模型建立数学模型,利用CFD软件对内部流场进行模拟,通过多组数据对比,得到设备参数一定的情况下流场最均匀时的风速,为木材干燥设备及过程参数设定提供可靠的参考值。CFD（computational fluid dynamics） software was applied to simulate the internal air-flow field in an experimental wood drying kiln.The wind speed was obtained when the main parameters of wood drying kiln were definite by comparing many sets of data,which could provide a valuable reference for the accurate setting of parameters of wood drying kilns.
