普外科围手术期抗菌药物合理使用干预的效果分析

摘　　要：目的调查普外科2010年与2011年围手术期预防性抗菌药物使用情况,评价干预效果,为规范临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法对2010年5月、2011年11月出院的950例手术患者抗菌药物的使用及手术切口感染情况进行回顾性调查。结果 2010年5月抗菌药物使用率为61.86%,切口感染标本送检率9.09%,切口感染率4.35%;2011年11月抗菌药物使用率为38.96%,标本送检率100.00%,切口感染率1.13%。结论通过加大对抗菌药物合理使用的管理力度,强化培训,加强督查等措施,与2010年相比,2011年抗菌药物使用率下降,预防用药持续时间减少,切口感染率也趋于下降,联合用药合理性提高,围手术期抗菌药物合理使用的干预取得一定成效。OBJECTIVE To investigate the present situation of use of antibiotics in general surgery department during perioperative period in 2010 and 2011 and evaluate the intervention effect so as to provide bases for reasonable use of antibiotics.METHODS A total of 950 patients who discharged in May 2010 and Nov 2011 were enrolled in this study,the status of use of antibiotics and the surgical incision infections was retrospectively investigated.RESULTS In May 2010,the utilization rate of antibiotics was 61.86%,the submission rate of the incision infection specimens was 9.09%,and the rate of incision infections was 4.35%;and in Nov 2011,the utilization rate of antibiotics was 38.96%,the submission rate of the specimens was 100.00%,and the incision infections rate was 1.13%.CONCLUSION Through implementing effective interventions,enhancing the training and intensifying the supervision,the utilization rate of antibiotics has been decreased,the duration of prophylactic use of antibiotics has been shortened,the incision infection rate keeps an downward tendency,the rationality of combined use of antibiotics has been improved,and the reasonable use of antibiotics has achieved certain effectiveness in the intervention.
