摘  要:通过水培试验研究了不同浓度Fe2+处理下对紫背浮萍生长、光合色素含量、Fv/Fm值、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明:Fe2+在0.2~10mg/L浓度范围内,紫萍的生长、Fv/Fm、可溶性蛋白和MDA含量没有受到明显影响,光合色素含量和POD活性有所升高,表现出较强的抗性;Fe2+浓度超过20mg/L时开始对紫萍构成胁迫,使紫萍的生长抑制,光合色素含量、Fv/Fm、可溶性蛋白含量、POD活性下降,MDA含量升高,产生明显的毒性效应。The effect of Fe2+ on the growth,the content of photosynthetic pigment,Fv/Fm,the activity of peroxide(POD),the content of MDA of Spirodela polyrrhiza were studied in a solution culture system.The results showed that when the concentration of Fe2+ was from 0.2 mg/L to 10 mg/L,Fe2+ had limited effect on the growth,Fv/Fm,the content of soluble protein and MDA of Spirodela polyrrhiza,but could increase the content of pigment and the activity of peroxide(POD).When the concentration of Fe2+ was more than 20 mg/L,the growth was inhibited,the content of pigment,Fv/Fm,the activity of peroxide(POD) was decreased,and the content of MDA was increased significantly.These showed that the apparent toxic effect of Fe2+.
