摘　　要：本文根据我国目前建筑节能设计的现状和存在的问题,介绍了在现有建筑数据电子文档的基础上生成建筑节能设计用建筑模型的方法,对基于建筑信息模型(BIM)技术的建筑节能设计软件的功能模块进行了讨论,分析了相关功能的实现。In this paper,according to the current situation and existed problems of building energy efficiency design,the methods for generating the building model based on the building data forms were introduced. And then, the main functions of the software for building energy efficiency design based on BIM technology were described,also some related realization technologies were discussed.
