化学发光法与酶联免疫吸附法检测血清抗结核抗体的比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较化学发光免疫分析(chemiluminescence immunoassay,CLIA)与酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme-linkedimmunosorbent assay,ELISA)两种抗结核抗体检测试剂盒在结核病辅助诊断中的应用价值。方法分别用CLIA和ELISA检测试剂盒对360例血清标本中的抗结核抗体进行检测,并对检测结果进行比较分析。结果 CLIA和ELISA两种检测试剂盒对260例活动性肺结核患者血清标本的检出率分别为71.2%(185/260)和58.5%(152/260),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);100例健康人血清标本中两种试剂盒检测的阴性例数分别为89例和93例,两种试剂盒的特异性分别为89.0%和93.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在结核抗体检测中CLIA检测试剂盒与ELISA检测试剂盒的特异性无显著性差别,CLIA检测试剂盒灵敏度显著高于ELISA检测试剂盒。Objective To compare the value of chemiluminescence immunoassay（CLIA） TB antibody detection kit and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） TB antibody detection kit on the auxiliary diagnosis of tuberculosis.Methods The level of anti-TB antibody in 360 serum were detected by the CLIA and ELISA kits,and the results were analyzed by statistical software.Results The detection rate of CLIA and ELISA kits was 71.2%（185/260） and 58.5%（152/260） in active TB group respectively,which had significant difference（P〈0.05）.Among 100 healthy controls,89 and 93 cases were negative detected by the two kits,the specificities was 89.0% and 93.0% respectively,which had no significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The CLIA kit and ELISA kit have the same specificities in the detection of anti-tuberculosis antibody,but the sensitivities of CLIA kit is significantly higher than the ELISA kit.
