摘　　要：目的:探讨饶平县小儿佝偻病的发病因素及应用不同药物的临床治疗疗效。方法:对120例小儿佝偻病患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,通过问卷调查分析其发病的相关因素,比较不同因素与佝偻病发病的关系,并应用不同药物进行治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果:佝偻病的发生与性别、年龄、喂养方式、居住环境、父母健康状况有密切的关系。肌内注射Vit D3对小儿佝偻病具有良好的疗效。结论:肌内注射Vit D3治疗小儿佝偻病疗效确切,使用方便,值得临床广泛推广和使用。Objective To investigate the risk factors of rickets in children of my county and its application in the clinical curative effect of different drugs.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2009 June to 2011 December were collected in 120 children cases of tickets in children, through the questionnaire survey analysis of the factors related to the occurrence of different factors and the onset of rickets, relationships, and the application of different drug treatment, observation of its curative effect. Results The incidence of rickets with gender, age, feeding patterns,living environment, parents＇ health are closely related; application of intramuscular injection of vitamin D3 for children with rickets and has good curative effect. Conclusion intramuscular injection of vitamin D3 in the treatment of infantile rickets curative effect, convenient taking, is worth the clinical extensive promotion and use.
