全龟胶囊治疗肺阴虚证的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 对全龟胶囊治疗肺阴虚证的疗效及安全性作出评价。方法 采用随机单盲对照法,治疗组100例给予全龟胶囊(1.0g,每日3次),对照组50例给予六味地黄口服液(6.0ml,每日3次),4周后进行主要症状、总疗效与免疫球蛋白等比较。结果 全龟胶囊对主要症状有效率达73％～93.4％,能明显降低肺阴虚证积分值,升高免疫球蛋白,与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 全龟胶囊治疗肺阴虚证疗效显著,无明显毒副作用。Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety of Whole-tortoise capsula in treatment of the deficiency of lung-yin .Methods The patients were divided radomly into 2 groups. One hundred cases were treated with Whole-tortoise capsula(1.0 g,tid) ,the other 50 cases as control were given Liu Wei Di Huang Wan(6.0 ml, tid). The main symptoms total curative effect and the level of immunoglubin were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The Whole-tortoise capsula had an effect rate of 73% -93.4% and could lower the integral value of the deficiency of lung-yin and raise the level of immunoglobin significantly superior to the control group (P < 0.05 , P < 0.01). Conclusion The Whole-tortoise capsula has marked curative effect in treatment of the deficiency of lung-yin without obvious adverse effect.
