摘 要:介绍了国内载金炭解吸电解提金工艺方法与应用现状,提出了黄金行业标准《YS/T3007-2011电加热载金活性炭解吸电解工艺能耗限额》中工艺能耗的计算方法,并对载金活性炭解吸电解工艺过程所需要的能源种类进行分析,说明了电加热载金活性炭解吸电解工艺能耗行业标准限额的确定依据,并确定了电加热载金活性炭解吸电解工艺能耗的行业标准限额:限定值为185.8 kgce/t、准入值为121.8 kgce/t、先进值为99.9 kgce/t。This paper introduces the current status of the process of desorption and electrowinning for gold loaded carbon in China. An energy consumption calculation method was put forward as industrial criteria for "YS/T 3007 - 2011, Energy Consumption Limits of Electrically Heated Desorption and Electrowinning Process for Gold-Loaded Carbon", and the energy types needed for the process of desorption and electrowinning for gold loaded carbon was ana- lyzed. The determination of the industrial standard limits for energy consumption of the electrically heated desorption and electrowinning process for gold loaded carbon was discussed, and theses criteria were given as: the upper limit being 185.8 kgce/t, the entry value being 121.8 kgce/t, and the advanced criterion being 99.9 kgce/t.
