摘  要:介绍热轧铝合金坯锭熔铸设备的改造,通过对熔炼炉燃油燃烧系统的重新布置、烟气余热充分利用、铁模结构改造等方法,提高了熔炼炉的生产能力,降低了燃油消耗,提高了铝合金坯锭的质量,并且解决了回熔铝炉料增多给生产带来的问题。The reconstruction of re-meh and foundry equipment for producing aluminum alloy slab (which would be hot rolled) has been introduced. The fuel burning system of the re-melting furnace has been re-arranged, the residual heat of the fume has been fully used and the metallic mold has been reconstructed. Therefore the productivity of the re-melting furnace has been increased, the fuel oil consumption has been decreased, the quality of the aluminum alloy slab has been increased, the re-meh problems caused by the increasing of plenty scraps and waste materials have been resolved.
