摘　　要：目的 观察阿魏酸钠(SF)的抗心肌缺血的作用。方法 采用小鼠整体氧耗动态观察中分离心肌氧耗和垂体后叶素致家兔急性心肌缺血的方法。结果 ip.SF 0.3g/kg能明显降低小鼠心肌氧耗量,作用强度逊于阿替洛尔;iv.SF0.4g/kg可改变垂体后叶素致缺血心肌的心电图。结论 SF对缺血心肌有较好的保护作用。Objective To observe the protection of Sodium Ferulate(SF) on myocardial ischemia. Methods Using the myocardial oxygen consumption was isolated from the whole oxygen consumption in mice and the acute myocardial ischemia by pitutrin in rabbit. Results The myocardiac calculated oxygen consumption decreased significantly by ip. SF 0. 3g/kg,but its potency was lower than Atenolol and iv. SF 0. 4g/kg alter the ECG of myocardial ischemia by pitutrin as well as. Conclusion SF has protective effects on myocardial ischemia.
