摘　　要：将锡尔系数应用于农村信息化区域差异与协调度定量评价,建立农村信息化协调度指标体系与评价模型,并以江苏省为例,分析江苏省不同区域间农村信息化的差异及协调度。具体结论有:苏南、苏中、苏北区间的信息化发展协调程度明显低于各区域内部信息化发展协调程度;信息化发展协调程度低于经济发展协调程度;江苏省总体的农村信息化协调程度较低。This paper attends to apply Theil indices to make a quantitative assessment on the regional differences and coordination degree of rural informatization, and set Jiangsu province as a case to establish the index system and evaluation model of rural informatization, by focusing on analyzing the regional differences and coordination degree of rural informatization between different regions of Jiangsu province. There are three conclusions： first, the external coordination degree of rural informatization between the three regions is significantly lower than the internal coordination degree of them ; second, the coordination degree of informatization is lower than that of economic development; third, the overall coordination degree of Jiangsu province rural informatization is low.
