摘　　要：指出国际科技前沿是世界科技强国的科技规划、战略、路线图、资助机构通过各类计划、项目最新资助的战略投资重点领域,这些战略投资重点领域代表了国际科技发展趋势,反映了科技强国政府、主流科技共同体和决策者的所思、所想、所为,直接反映国际科技前沿领域或科技前沿主题。认为国际科技前沿可划分为未来科技前沿和当前科技前沿。探讨未来科技前沿和当前科技前沿的分析方法、实施途径、获取信息的渠道,结合近年在学科战略情报服务中的实践工作,梳理并整理归纳一个遴选和确定符合我国国情的目标领域的分析框架,希望对以后的工作有所借鉴。The frontiers of international science and technology is the key areas of strategic investment which are funded in S＆T planning, strategy, roadmap of world＇s scientific and technological powers, and which are funded in various programs, projects of funding agencies. And the key areas of strategic investment are on behalf of the international S＆T development trends, reflecting the ideas of scientific and technological power in government, mainstream science and technology community and policy makers, and directly reflecting frontiers areas and themes of the international science and technology. In this paper, the frontiers of international science and technology are classified as future fi＇ontiers and cun＇ent frontiers of science and technology. The future frontiers are the frontiers which will be ready to be deployed, or just deploy/start in government＇s science and technology planning, strategy, and the roadmap, not yet printed research articles. The current frontiers refers to the frontiers area which have been deployed in the various projects and programs of the funding agencies of the worldg S＆T powers, or are ongoing and planned projects not yet completed, and has printed part of research articles. This paper discusses the analysis methods and ways of the future and current frontiers of S＆T. According to practical work in recent years in the disciplines of strategic intelligence service, this paper summarizes an analytical framework of selecting and determining the frontiers of some sciences and technologies which are agree with our country＇ s conditions, and the authors hope these methods and approaches are references for the future work.
