摘 要:目的 了解颈椎及其周围的软组织与颈椎性血压异常的关系 ,探讨颈椎性血压异常的发病机理。方法 以健康大耳白兔 5 0只 ,暴露双侧颈前及颈后交感神经节和椎动脉 ,直接给予牵拉、压迫、电刺激 ,并用电动记纹鼓记录刺激前、后股动脉的血压变化。结果 压迫、牵拉刺激使兔的动脉血压变化较大 ,电刺激使动脉血压变化较小 ;颈前交感神经节被上述刺激后 ,血压呈上升趋势为主 ,同样的方法刺激颈后交感神经节后 ,血压呈下降趋势为主 ,以相同的刺激施于椎动脉后 ,血压呈微弱变化。结论 同样的刺激方法 ,施加于不同的部位 ,血压可呈上升或下降趋势的变化 ,为临床实践提供了参考性依据 。Objective This study is designed to explore the relationship between cervical dysarteriotony and the adjacent cervical soft tissues,so as to delineate the mechanism of cervical dysarteriotony Methods 50 healthy rabbits′ sympathetic ganglia and vertebral artery were stimulated directly by pulling,compressing and electric stimulation Then blood pressure(BP)changes were recorded before and after the stimulations with electric cymograph Results The rabbits′BP changed considerably by compression and pulling stimulation and changed slightly by electric stimulation After the above stimulations on the rabbits anterior cervical sympathetic ganglion,their BP had a tendency lowering down With the same stimulation on the posterior cervical sympathetic ganglion,their BP had a clear tendency lowering down With the same stimulation on the vertebral artery,their BP were changed slightly [HT5”H]Conclusion [HT5”SS] The BP goes up or steps down by the same stimulation applied on different areas The results of the observation not only have provided the reference basis for the clinical experiment,but also have added reference data for the establishment of animal model of this condition
