黎药角花胡颓子提取物不同极性部位抗菌活性研究

摘　　要：目的研究角花胡颓子水提取液及石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇各萃取部位的抑菌效果。方法采用平板法,测定角花胡颓子水提取液及各萃取部位对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白假丝酵母菌的抑菌效果。结果角花胡颓子正丁醇萃取部位对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌有较强的抑菌作用(抑菌率为100%);石油醚萃取部位对金黄色葡萄球菌有较强的抑菌作用(抑菌率>90%)。结论角花胡颓子正丁醇萃取部位具有较强的抑菌作用。Objective To study the antibacterial effects of water extract,petroleum ether fraction,ethyl acetate fraction and n-butanol fraction from Elaeagnus gonyanthes.Methods The antibacterial effects of the water extract and each partition fraction on staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli and saccharomyces albicans were determined by plating method.Results The n-butanol fraction showed higher inhibition rate on both staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli with a inhibition rate of 100%,while the petroleum ether fraction had a higher inhibition rate on staphylococcus aureus with the inhibition rate more than 90%.Conclusion The n-butanol extract of elaeagnus gonyanthes exhibites higher inhibition effects than other three extracts.
