摘　　要：CJST塔板成功应用于煤焦油中提取工业萘精馏塔的扩产改造中,在塔板间距300mm不变的情况下,以CJST塔板替换原浮阀塔板。改造后处理能力提高了50%,塔底洗油含萘量由15%降低到5%,塔底温度由271.5℃升高至275℃,全塔压力降低5kPa,系统运行效果良好。解决了企业扩产受限的难题,为企业每年创造经济效益600万元。CJST-Trays are successfully applied in expanding production transform of industrial naphthalene rectification column. Under the condition that the tray spacing is 300 mm, float trays are replaced by CJST-Trays. After transform, the treatment capacity increases 50% naphthalene content in wash oil at column bottom decreases from 15% to 5%; temperature at column bottom increases from 271.5℃ to 275℃ ; pressure drop of column reduces 5 kPa. The results show that the system is running well. The problem of expanding production is solved, and the economic benefit of more than 6 million yuan is obtained for the corporation each year.
