稳心颗粒联合普鲁帕酮治疗功能性室性期前收缩疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察稳心颗粒联合普鲁帕酮治疗室性期前收缩的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的108例患者随机分为治疗组(54例)和对照组(54例)。治疗组给予稳心颗粒9 g/次,3次/d,口服,普鲁帕酮片,每次150 mg,3次/d,显效后改为100 mg,3次/d维持。对照组给予普鲁帕酮片,每次150 mg,3次/d,显效后改为100 mg,3次/d维持。疗程均为4周。治疗后依据临床症状、24 h动态心电图进行分析。结果治疗组总有效率为88.9%,对照组总有效率为74.1%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,两组患者的动态心电图检查指标均有明显改善,治疗组比对照组改善更明显,两组治疗后各项指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的不良反应发生率为12.96%(7/54),对照组的不良反应发生率为25.93%(14/54),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联合普鲁帕酮治疗期前收缩临床疗效比单用普鲁帕酮好,且不良反应较小,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical treatment effect of Wenxin Granule combined with Propafenone in treating premature ventricular contractions.Methods 108 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group（54 cases） and control group（54 cases）.The treatment group took 9 g of Wenxin Granule each time,three times a day orally,and 150 mg of Propafenone tablets each time,three times a day,later changed Propafenone into 100 mg when the desired effect was produced,three times a day to maintain.The control group received Propafenone tablets,150 mg each time,three times a day,later changed Propafenone into 100 mg when the desired effect was produced,three times a day to maintain.Treatment course of both groups were 4 weeks.To do analysis based on clinical symptoms and 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.9%,the total effective rate of the control group was 74.1%,two curative effect of comparison,the difference between the two groups was significant（P 0.05）.Four weeks after treatment,the indexes by Holter examination were obviously improved in the two groups.There were statistical difference in the indexes between the two groups（P 0.05）.Adverse effects of the treatment group were 12.96%（7/54） and 25.93%（14/54） in the control group.There were significantly statistical differences between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion The clinical efficiency of combination of Wenxin Granule and Propafenone in treating premature ventricular contractions is much better than using Propafenone singly,and fewer side effects,which is worthy of widely clinical application.
