摘　　要：目的建立气血双补口服液中芍药苷含量的测定方法,为提高该制剂的质量标准提供研究依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法,流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸(29∶71);色谱柱:汉邦ODS-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);体积流量:1.0mL/min;柱温:室温;检测波长:230 nm;进样量:10μL。结果芍药苷在10.00～80.00μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.45%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.63%。结论该方法简便、可靠、重现性好,可用于气血双补口服液的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Qixueshuangbu Oral Liquid,which could provide envidence of research for quality standard.Methods HPLC method was used with Hanbang ODS-C18 column（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） and a mobile phase of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution（29∶71）.Flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,column temperature was 25℃,the detection wavelength was setted at 230 nm and sample loop volume was 10 μL.Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 10.00-80.00 μg/mL of Paeoniflorin,the average recovery was 99.45%（RSD=0.63%）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,which can be used for the quality control of Qixueshuangbu Oral Liquid.
