护理风险培训对临床护理结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理风险培训对临床护理结局的影响,以降低护理风险提高护理质量。方法 2010年对我院263临床部护理人员采用集中上课及个人教育相结合的培训方法进行护理风险培训,以问卷考试及个人考核方法进行考核,对培训前及培训后护理不良事件、护理质量情况进行分析比较。结果培训后考核合格率达到98.92%;2010年护理不良事件发生19例,较2009年护理不良事件39例明显减少,两年度不良事件发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2010年护理质量满意率为99.26%,较2009年的95.87%明显提高,护理满意率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险培训有效降低了护理不良事件的发生,提高了临床护理质量,保障了患者的健康安全。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing risk training on clinical care outcomes to improve quality of care by reducing nursing risk.Methods In 2010,nurses in the clinical department of the authors＇ hospital were given nursing risk training with combination of classroom education and individual education,and study results were evaluated with questionnaire and personal assessment.And care adverse events and quality of care before and after training were analyzed and compared.Results Percent of pass reached 98.92% in assessment;And there were 19 reports of care adverse events,significantly lower than that of 39 cases in 2009（P 0.05）;and care satisfaction rate was 99.26% in 2010,which was significantly higher compared to 95.87% in 2009（P 0.05）.Conclusion Nursing risk training can reduce the occurrence of adverse events of care and improve quality of clinical care,thus ensure the health and safety of patients.
