舒适护理在中低位直肠癌外翻肛门切除吻合术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理理论在中低位直肠癌外翻肛门切除吻合术中应用的临床价值。方法选择我院2007~2010年收治的择期行中低位直肠癌外翻肛门切除吻合术的患者76例,随机分为两组,每组各38例。观察组给予舒适护理,对照组给予常规护理。观察并记录术后两组患者舒适度、满意度、并发症发生率、切口愈合和住院时间。结果观察组术后在并发症发生率、切口愈合时间、首次排气时间、住院时间、舒适度和满意度方面均显著好于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论舒适护理在中低位直肠癌外翻肛门切除吻合术中的效果显著,能够显著提高患者舒适度和满意度,减少并发症的发生,加速患者恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical value on application of comfortable nursing on rectal eversion in the treatment of mid-low locally rectal cancer.Methods 76 patients undergoing elective mid-low locally rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from 2007 to 2010 were divided into two groups,each group had 38 cases.Patients in observation group were given comfortable nursing;the other patients in the control group were given common nursing.Results The rate of bad reaction,time of healing,exhaust and hospitalization,comfort level and satisfaction of observation group were significantly better than that of control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Comfortable nursing has a good effect in treating mid-low locally rectal cancer by rectal eversion,it can improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients,and reduce the complication and speeds recovery.
