细辛脑联合沐舒坦雾化吸入辅助治疗全麻术后肺部感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察、研究细辛脑联合沐舒坦雾化吸入对全麻术后肺部感染患者的疗效。方法将65例全麻术后并发肺部感染患者,随机分为观察组,沐舒坦组和传统药物组,其中观察组24例,沐舒坦组21例,传统药物组20例;3组均使用敏感抗生素、营养支持等综合治疗。观察组使用细辛脑联合沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗;沐舒坦组仅使用沐舒坦雾化吸入;传统药物组使用传统药物雾化吸入治疗。观察比较3组痰量、痰色及稀薄度,肺部啰音减少程度以及X线胸片结果。结果观察组总有效率96.83%;沐舒坦组总有效率76.19%;传统药物组总有效率75.00%。观察组与沐舒坦组或传统药物组疗效比较,均有显著差异(P<0.05)。沐舒坦组与传统药物组疗效无明显差异。结论细辛脑联合沐舒坦雾化效果明显优于单用沐舒坦雾化或传统药物雾化,可作为临床上首选的雾化药物。【Objective】 To investigate the therapeutic effects of aerosol inhalation of asarin combined with ambroxol in postoperative pulmonary infection.【Methods】 115 patients with postoperative pulmonary infection were randomly divided into 3 groups： observation group,ambroxol group,and routine treatment group.On the basis of intravenous effective antibiotics and nutritional support,observation group,ambroxol group,and routine treatment group were respectively given aerosol inhalation of asarin combined with ambroxol,only ambroxol,and routine drugs.We observe the effects of treatment according to the sputum,lung rales and X-ray results.【Results】 The total effective rate of observation group,ambroxol group,and routine treatment group was respectively 96.83%,76.19%,and 75.00%,with a significant difference between either observation group and ambroxol group,or observation group and routine treatment group.No significant difference was found between ambroxol group and routine treatment group.【Conclusion】 Aerosol inhalation of asarin combined with ambroxol can be a first choice in postoperative pulmonary infection.
