摘　　要：突发的医疗事件常在短期内需要大量器材的供给,如何妥善应对这种需求能力反映了一家医院器材管理水平的高低。本文试从组织机构、人员配备、激励机制、信息技术等方面分析,并结合实际案例提出医院面对突发事件时需要采取的应对措施。A great number of medical instruments should be provided in a very short time when the medical events suddenly occur,and in this condition the ability how we can properly deal with the events is the reflection whether the management lever of medical instruments and materials is high or low in hospital.In this article,the authors come out with some related measurements that we should take when face these events through analysis in organization,apportion personnel,promotive mechanism,information technology and so on,the same time combining with the actual cases.
