环丙沙星滴眼液眼内通透性测定

摘　　要：为了解环丙沙星滴眼液在结膜囊内和房水中的浓度，我们用成年家兔，将０．３％环丙沙星滴眼液定时定量滴入下睑结膜囊内，定时采取泪液和房水做为测试样本。样本经预处理后，用高效液相色谱仪测定各样本中药物浓度。从家兔的实验结果看出，环丙沙星滴眼液滴眼６小时后结膜囊内浓度高于它对外眼感染分离菌株的最小抑菌浓度。Tear and aqueous humor levels of ciprofloxacin following 50μl topical 0.3% eye-drops were determined at intervals with 24 hours by high performance liquid chromatography. The highest tear level was detected in 15 minutes, and effective concentrations existed in 12 hours. The highest aqueous humor level was detected 60 minutes after administration. Ciprofloxacin eyes drops produced high concentrations for long time.
