摘　　要：针对大型钻机井架的特点及搬迁问题,研制了一种新型井架快移装置。该快移装置采用液压控制和电磁阀遥控控制,具有上下对正、左右平移和转向功能,操作方便,自动化程度高;其整体移运状态为半挂车形式,移运小车部分为全挂车形式,可以整体或分开运输设备;配备的大吨位多点支撑车桥可满足油田开阔地域的大型井架、底座等设备的运输。现场试验情况表明,新型井架快移装置各项性能指标均符合设计要求,具有广阔的推广应用前景。In light of the feature of large drilling derrick and its relocation, a kind of new quick-moving device for derricks was developed. The device adopts hydraulic control and remote control of electromagnetic valve, with functions of top-down alignment, left-right horizontal movement and steering. It is easy to operate, with a high degree of automation. It is semi-trailer-mounted with the trolley part full-trailer-mounted. It can transport equipments as a part or as a whole. The equipped large-tonnage multipoint support vehicle-bridge can meet the needs of the transportation of equipments such as large derrick and substructure in open areas of oilfields. The field experiment shows that all the properties and indexes of the new device agree with the design requirement.
