摘 要:K80海洋修井机在渤海油田SZ36-1B平台新增井位作业时,可能会出现各橇块之间相对滑动或整机倾覆等问题。为此,采用StruCAD*3D三维空间梁结构分析计算软件建立结构分析模型,对修井机稳定性进行分析计算,提出修井机下移动底座加固设计和改造方案。截至目前,K80海洋修井机顺利完成了对新增井位4口井的检泵作业和2口井的大修作业,整机稳定性好,各橇块之间无相对滑动现象。因此,K80海洋修井机稳定性理论分析和计算结果正确,修井机下移动底座加固改造是成功的。When the K80 offshore workover rig operates in the newly added well positions of the SZ36 - 1B platform in Bohai Oilfield, it is likely for relative slippage or whole machine overturning of skid seats to take place. Therefore, the StruCAD * 3D three-dimension space beam analysis and calculation software was adopted to establish the model of structural analysis, calculating the stability of the workover rig and proposing the scheme of strengthening design and modification for the lower mobile base. So far the rig has achieved the pump inspection operation of four newly added well positions and heavy repair task of two wells. The whole machine stability is desirable and no relative slippage between packages takes place. Therefore, the theoretical analysis and calculation of the rig stability are correct and the reinforcement and modification of the lower mobile base are successful.
