摘  要:对含缺陷的高压管汇进行剩余强度分析很有必要。借助ANSYS有限元分析软件,针对高压管汇常见的内腐蚀缺陷类型,建立矩形均匀腐蚀和球形凹坑腐蚀模型,分析缺陷类型以及形状参数对高压管汇剩余强度的影响。建模时在腐蚀高压直管模型的轴向及环向对称面上加对称约束,为了防止模型产生刚体位移,在纵向对称面外侧加径向方向约束。分析结果认为,缺陷长度和深度对高压直管所受应力的影响较大,宽度对应力的影响较小;凹坑群沿轴向分布时,随缺陷中心距离的增大,缺陷处应力集中程度有减小的趋势。In light of common types of internal corrosion defect, the model of rectangular even corrosion and global pit corrosion was established by means of the ANSYS finite element analysis software. The effect of defect types and form parameters on the residual strength of high pressure manifold was analyzed. In modeling the symmet- ric constraint was added on the axial and circumferential symmetric planes of the corrosion high pressure straight tube model. The constraint of radial direction was added on the external side of vertical symmetric plane so as to prevent the rigid displacement of the model. The analysis indicates that the defect length and depth have a remarkable effect on the stress of high pressure straight tube and its width has less effect on the stress. In the case of axial distribution of the pit groups the stress concentration at the defect tends to decrease with the increase of defect center distance.
