摘  要:抽油泵固定阀组是影响整个抽油泵容积效率的重要因素之一,其中固定阀组阀球座密封锥角度数的选取是一个主要因素。以某抽油泵固定阀组流道模型为例,运用CFD软件对其进行不同锥角参数的对比分析,得出60°锥角模型在整个阀球坐回的过程中受到的流体轴向力较90和75°模型更大的结论。因此,60°锥角模型的阀球能更快地坐入阀球座,减少从阀球与阀球座间隙的流体漏失量,进而提高泵的容积效率。The fixed valve block of subsurface pump is one of the key factors to affect the volumetric efficiency of the whole pump. The selection of the seal cone angle degree for the fixed valve block ball seat is another important factor. Taking as an example the flow channel model of a certain oil pump's fixed valve block and using the CFD software to conduct a comparative analysis of it with different cone angle parameters, the conclusion has been reached that the axial force of fluid in the model with the cone angle being 60° is greater than that in the models with the cone angles being 90° and 75° in the overall process of valve ball returning. Therefore, the valve ball in the model with the cone angle being 60°can return to the ball seat more quickly, thus reducing the fluid leakage in the crack between valve ball and ball seat and improving the pump volumetric efficiency.
