摘  要:以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和聚乙二醇-400(PEG-400)为乳化剂,采用半连续乳液聚合法制备了丙烯酸六氟丁酯(HFBA)-丙烯酸丁酯(BA)-甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)共聚物乳液,考察了丙烯酸丁酯与甲基丙烯酸甲酯摩尔比对乳液所成薄膜力学性能及耐水性的影响,并优化了丙烯酸六氟丁酯的用量。结果表明,薄膜的抗张强度随BA与MMA摩尔比的减小而增大,耐水性增强,但断裂伸长率降低;薄膜的耐水性随着氟单体用量的增大而增强。SEM-EDS显示含氟组分易向薄膜-空气界面迁移;接触角测定结果表明加入氟单体后薄膜表面与水的接触角增大。The fluorine-containing polyacrylate latex with poly (hexafluorobutyl acrylate-co-butyl acrylate-co- methyl methacrylate) was developed by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization using sodium dodecyl sulfate SDS and poly(ethylene glycol) as emulsifier. The mechanical properties and water-resistance of films synthe- sized by different molar ratio of BA and MMA were studied. The amount of HFBA was ultimately optimized. The dosage of MMA increased, the tensile strength and the water-resistance of films were improved, whereas the breaking elongations were decreased. In addition, the introduction of fluorine had contributed greatly to the water-resistance of films. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) proved that fluorine has transferred to the surfaces. Contact angle revealed that the contract angle of films in- creased with the incorporation of fluorine.
