摘　　要：以常州城市垃圾填埋场项目建设为例,分析了全寿命期管理理念在垃圾填埋场管理中的应用,进而提出了全寿命期管理理念可以有效控制填埋场项目的质量、费用、时间等目标,并能产生巨大的社会效益。Taking the solid waste projects of Changzhou City as a ease study, this paper analyses the application of Life - cycle- management concept in waste landfdls management and finds out that life - cycle - management concept can effec- tively control quality, cost and time of waste landfill projects and so on and also it can produce great social benefits.
