摘 要:采用序批式反应器(SBR)小型反应装置,以葡萄糖和丙酸为碳源,在厌氧/好氧条件下,对太湖草型区和藻型区的沉积物进行聚磷菌富集培养。探讨了太湖草型区和藻型区沉积物中聚磷菌的存在性和差异性。试验结果表明,通过实验室模拟条件培养,发现太湖沉积物存在聚磷细菌。两种碳源培养的草型区沉积物厌氧释磷量高于藻型区。以葡萄糖为碳源培养的草型区和藻型区沉积物厌氧释磷现象微弱,好氧磷的超量吸收现象比活性污泥弱,对PO34--P的平均去除率分别为34.95%、38.17%。而在以丙酸为碳源的系统中,有着明显的厌氧释磷和好氧摄磷现象,对PO34--P的平均去除率分别为41.27%、51.35%。Sediments of macmphyte and algae lake zone of Lake Taihu are taken and enriched using two kinds of carbon sources (glucose and propionic acid) in laboratory - scale sequencing batch reactors (SBR) under anaerobic/aerobic condi- tion to investigate existence and difference of puiyphosphate accumulating organisms (PAOs) in sediments of maerophyte and algae lake zone of Lake Taihu. The results show that there is polyphesphate accumulating organisms in sediments of Taihu Lake. Orthophosphate concentration of sediments of macrophyte lake zone is higher than that in sediments of algae lake zone at the anaerobic phase under two kinds of carbon sources cultivating. Anaerobic release phosphorus phenomenon of maero- phyte type area and algae type zone sediments cultivated by glucose as carbon source is faint and excessive absorbing phe- norrma of aerobic P is weaker than that of activated sludge.The average ren,,oval rate of PO34- - P reaches 34.95% and 38.17% respectively. But in the system regarding propionic acid as carbon some, there exists obvious anaerobic release phosphorus and aerobic absorb phosphorus phenomenon and the average removal rate of P034- - P reaches 41.27% and 51.35% re- spectively.
