糖尿病人发中锌铜铬微量元素的分析

摘　　要：为了进一步了解糖尿病人与金属元素的相互关系 ,本研究对糖尿病患者和非糖尿病患者发中的锌、铬、铜三种元素采用岛津 AA— 6 80型原子吸收光谱测定 ,结果显示糖尿病患者头发中铜明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而锌、铬均低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )In order to make clarification of the relationship between metal elements and diabetes mellitus,we selected 50 diabetic in patients dignosed newly from hospitals in Shenyang,meanwhile we recruited 50 nondiabetic in patients from the same hospitals as the controls.Zinc,Copper,Chromium Concentration in hairs were measured by flameatomic absorption spectrophotometry.The results showed that copper in hairs was significantly higher in the diabetic subjects than in the controls,while zinc and chromium were significantly lower.
