摘　　要：海盐话指示代词系统为特殊的"双层二分体系",即在近指、远指的基础上可进一步分为零距离近指、有距离近指、远指、更远指。The paper makes a detailed description of the demonstrative pronoun system of Haiyan（海盐） dialect from four perspectives： location, person or thing, time, property/degree or manner. The system is a special ＂double-layer ＆ two-part system＂, the proximal pronoun is subdivided into zero-distance and short-distance; the remote pronoun is subdivided into long-distance and farther-distance.
