摘　　要：目的通过临床路径系统对单病种进行有效管理,规范各项诊疗程序,提高医疗质量,保证医疗安全。方法采用.NET架构的应用设计方案,完全融合于原有医院信息系统之中,实现无缝链接。结果全院多病区积极要求纳入临床路径管理系统,对单病种进行有效管理。结论临床路径管理系统是既能保证医疗质量,减轻患者负担,增加患者满意度,又能降低医疗成本的新型的病种管理模式。Objective Through the clinical pathway system,to produce effective management for single disease,standardize the treatment program,and improve the medical quality.Methods We have realized seamless connection of original HIS and.NET structure.Results Many areas require introduction of clinical path management system,thus to realize effective management of single disease.Conclusion The clinical path management system not only can ensure the medical quality,reduce the burden of the patients,increase patient satisfaction,but also can reduce the medical costs of the new disease management pattern.
