氦氖激光血管内照射治疗高原肺水肿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察氦氖激光血管内照射疗法（ILIB）对高原肺水肿的治疗作用。方法：24例高原肺水肿患者随机分为两组。常规治疗组（12冽）接受吸氧，静脉注射速尿、氨茶碱、地塞米松，口服硝苯毗陡等，ILIB组（门例）在常规治疗的基础上经肘正中静脉每日照射一次，每次如分钟，平均治疗1－－H次。比较两组病冽肺部罗音、X线胸片阴影消失时间以及病程长短。结果：IllB组肺部罗音消失时间为2．2。1．l天，X线胸片阴影消失时间为2．gfl．0天，病程4．9。1．6天，与常规组（分别为3．0ti．l天，3．8。14天，64。1．7天）比较差异均有显著性（P＜O．05）。结论：在常规治疗的基础上使用ILIB是治疗高原肺水肿比较有效的方法。To observe ti1e therapeutic effect of He - Ne laser intravascular irradiation for treating of high altitude pulmonary edema. Method: 24 cases of high altitude pulmonary edema patient were divided into 2 groups randomly. Routine group(12 cases) were treated with oxygen inhalation, intravenous injection of furosemide, aminophylline,dexamethasone and oral nifidipine, etc; Observation group(12 cases)on the basis of routine treatment, by the use of He - Ne laser intravascular irradiation with average 1 ~ 4 times(through intermedian cubital vein, irradiate once a day for 90 minutes). Compare the time of palmonary rales,chest X - say shadow disappearance and course of disease between 2 groups.Result: In observation grouup, the pulmonary rales disappearance time was 2. 2 1. 1 days;chest X - ray shadow disappearance time 2. 9 1.o days; course of disease 4 .9 1. 6 days.In routine group was 3.0 1. 1 days,3.8 1 .4 days and 6. 4 1. 7 days respectively. The data between these 2 groups are all with remarkable difference (P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: On the basis of routine treatment, using of He - Ne laser intiavascular irradiation is a more effective methed for the treatInent of high altitude pulmonany edema.
