依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压的疗效。方法:选取98例H型高血压患者随机分治疗组51例和对照组47例,治疗组和对照组均通过查房随访和健康讲座提倡合理的生活方式和规范化药物治疗。治疗组给与依那普利叶酸片(10 mg/0.8 mg),1次/d。随访3个月后观察两组患者血浆中同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的变化和随访期间心脑血管事件发病情况。结果:治疗组在3个月治疗后血浆中Hcy水平明显下降(P<0.05),对照组血浆中Hcy水平无明显变化。随访期间对照组心脑血管事件发生率为27.7%,治疗组为9.8%,两组之间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压可以显著降低H型高血压患者血浆中Hcy水平,同时有效可以减少心脑血管事件发生率。Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of H-type hypertension difined as both elevated plasm a homocysteine level and hypertension by using a fixed combination of enalapril and folic acid tablets.Methods：98 patients with H-type hypertension were randomly divided in two groups.All patients in the two groups were given the routine treatment with antihypertensive drug and healthy education lecture.51patients in the treatment group were given oral fixed combination of enalapril and folic acid tablets（10 mg/0.8 mg） once a day in addition to routine treatment.Compare the change between plasm a homocysteine level and the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.Results：The plasma of homocysteine in treatment group was reduced significently compared with that of pretreatment and control group after fixed combination of enalapril and folic acid tablets administration for 3 months（P0.05）.The accidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease was 9.8% in treatment group and 27.7% in control group（P0.05）.Conclusions：The treatment of fixed combination of enalapril and folic acid tablets reduced the level of plasma homocystenine and deduced the accidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in patients with H-type hypertension.
