摘 要:目的 :探讨高压氧 (HBO)暴露剂量与肺组织内自由基和红细胞免疫功能的量效关系。方法 :采用SD大鼠在0 .3MPa(3ATA)下暴露 ,氧暴露剂量分别为 40 0、6 5 0、70 0、85 0、10 0 0和 110 0UPTD。检测各暴露组、正常对照组和N2 -O2 组肺组织自由基和红细胞免疫受体花环率。结果 :肺组织内自由基波谱峰值 ,随氧暴露剂量加大逐渐升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;红细胞免疫受体花环率则呈进行性下降 (P <0 .0 1~ 0 .0 5 )。结论 :在本实验氧剂量范围内 ,肺组织自由基量变与氧暴露剂量有关。在一定剂量范围内 ,ESR波谱峰值随剂量加大逐渐升高。氧暴露剂量达到一定程度时 ,对红细胞免疫功能有明显影响。Aim: To investgate the relation of different oxygen exposure doses with free radicals of lung tissue and red blood cell immunologic function in rats. Methods: SD rats were exposed to 0.3MPa oxygen in six different doses, i.e., 400, 650, 700, 850, 1 000 and 1 100UPTD. Then the free radicals of lung tissue and rate of RBC immune receptor rosette were determined in these exposure groups respectively as well as in the normal control and N 2-O 2 groups. Results: The peak value of electron spin resonance(ESR) spectra of the lung tissue rose with increasing oxygen exposure doses(P<0.01), while the RBC immune receptor rosette was on progrssive decrease(P<0.05~0.01). Conclusion: There was a significant correlation between changes in free radicals of lung tissue and oxygen exposure doses in the oxygen dose range of the present experiment. The peak value of ESR spectra rose with the increase of oxygen exposure doses between 400 to 850 UPTD. The oxygen exposure doses had remarkable effects on the RBC immunologic function.
