复方红景天对不同运动负荷量下小鼠物质代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨复方红景天对小鼠在不同负荷量运动后的物质代谢的影响。方法 :观察灌喂复方红景天后在不同负荷量运动后的一般生理指标 ,并检测血糖、血尿素氮等生化指标。结果 :复方红景天对小鼠不同运动负荷休息 1d后的血糖无影响 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但对大负荷量运动、小负荷量运动造成的血尿素氮升高有明显的降低作用 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :复方红景天可调节运动后蛋白质代谢水平。Objective: To study the effects of compound rhodiala mixture (CRM) on energy metabolism of mice. Methods: Weight, blood glucose and BUN were measured after the mice were burdened with different exercise loads. The indices were then compared with those of the control group. Results: CRM did not affect blood glucose of the mice having one day rest after exercises (P>0.05). The level of BUN after different loads of exercises was decreased (P<0.01). Conclusion: CRM can adjust the level of protein metabolism after exercises.
