摘　　要：随着新建本科院校层次的升格和规模的扩张,尤其是社会对学校教育质量的问责,学校组织面临变革。新建本科院校政治权力、行政权力、学术权力三种权力重心应适度分离,学校党委系统要成为宏观决策中心,行政系统是决策执行中心,而学院则是行政管理和学科建设的交叉点。实现三权重心分离,应遵循规律,制衡权力;优化结构,压缩层级;目标管理,强化监督;信息管理,注重效益;完善机制,培养干部。With the upgrading of level and expansion of scale ,particularly the social accountability on education quality of colleges, the traditional-style bureaucratic and experience management become increasingly unsuited to the development of colleges,college organizations are undergoing transformation.On the basis of analyzing the management barycenter separating in newly-built colleges, and proposed the appropriate separation necessity of barycenter on political power,administrative power,academic power the need for appropriate separation,pointing out the division of responsibilities after the separation of the management barycenter at all levels in newly-built colleges,and proposed responses on management barycenter separating in newly-built colleges.
