摘　　要：办学理念是大学核心竞争力的构成要素之一。先进的办学理念是打造大学核心竞争力的前提。行业划转院校由中央部委划转为地方管理,在国家高等教育格局中所处的地位以及学校面临的各种环境都发生了重大变化。在内外部影响因素下,行业划转院校办学理念应坚持科学定位、特色办学、"崇术"为上、开放办学、勇担社会责任的原则。The educational philosophy is one of The core competitiveness of the university.Advanced educational philosophy is the premise of forming core competitiveness of the university.The status in higher education and the facing environment of the transferred industrial universites have carried out significant changes after the reform of the national administration system of higher education at the turn of the new century.The paper will explore the influencing factors And principles of the educational philosophy,which is to find good suggestions for the transferred industrial universites.
