摘　　要：推进综合型体育俱乐部建设是日本政府为实现"体育振兴基本计划"发展目标的重点实施项目,并赢得了社会及国民的广泛认可。以大学为基点设置综合型体育俱乐部可充分发挥大学得天独厚的"优势资源"服务与造福于社会,其组织运营的成功经验为我国大学体育改革以及大学与社会合作共谋社会福祉发展予以有益的启示。The setting of promoting the comprehensive sports club constrnctlon ]s the key lmptemenung project in government of Japan for achieving ＂Sports Promotion Basic Plan＂ development target, which earns the wide recognition of the society and nation. The comprehensive sport club established on university base point could bring unique ＂advantageous resources＂ into full play, serve and benefit the society. The successful experiences of organization operating could give us great inspiration in reformation of university sports and cooperation with society for blessing development.
