外源性磷酸肌酸临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究磷酸肌酸对缺血/再灌注损伤心肌的保护作用。方法:对20例进行双瓣膜替换术的患者,随机分成两组(各10例):实验组(晶体停搏液中加入磷酸肌酸10毫摩尔/升)和对照组(单晶体停搏液组);分别于主动脉阻断前,开放后2、24、48小时抽血测定AST,LDH,CK-MB,CK-MM和cTnt。结果:主动脉开放后2小时实验组各指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.01～0.001);24时达峰值。结论:磷酸肌酸具有为心肌细胞提供能量,保护细胞膜完整,维持心肌收缩蛋白正常的作用,可减轻心肌缺血/再灌注损伤。Objective:To study the effect of Creatine Phosphate on myocardium after Is-chemia/Reperfusion. Method: Twenty patients were involved and divided into two groups: experiment group ( creatine phosphate cardioplegia ), control group ( crystalloid cardioplegia). Before aortia crossclamping, and 2, 24,48 hours after uncrossclamping, blood were taken to measure the concentrations of AST, LDH, CK, CK-MB, CK-MM and cTnT. Result: 2 hours after uncrossclamping, all the markers in control group rose higher than those in experiment group (P<0. 01-0. 001). Conclusion:Creatine phosphate provide energy for cells, protect the cell's membrane and contractive protein. It is sure that Creatine Phosphate can relieve the ischemia reperfusion injury.
