摘　　要：目的　探讨治疗成人髋臼发育不良的新方法。方法　沿髋臼上缘截骨 ,截骨后将骨瓣尽量向下翻转以加大髋臼对股骨头的包容。截骨间隙采用髂骨植骨填充并用克氏针固定。结果　 18例平均随访 3 5年 ,根据Gordon标准评定疗效 ,优 9例 ,良 7例 ,中 2例。Objective To investigate a new therapy of correcting adult acetabular dysplasia. Methods Along acetabular turn osteotomies with downward turn.Acetabuloplasty osteotomy was developed for precise spatial reorientation of the adult dysplastic acetabulum and improvement of the femoral head coverage. Results Patients undergone acetabuloplasty osteotomy were followed up for 3 5 years on the average. 9,7 and 2 patients obtained excellent,good and fair result respectively according to Gordon standard.Conclusion The technique is good for the treatment of acetabular dysplasia of young adults.
