摘　　要：目的评价各研究课题的项目管理、学术价值和应用价值等方面的质量,总结各研究课题的经验和成果。方法收集和分析相关资料,通过评估调查表和专家评审表对实施性研究课题进行评价。结果实施性研究课题培养了一批结核相关领域的人才队伍,出版专著2部,在国内外专业学术期刊上发表论文104篇;42项研究课题中7项研究被评为优秀,35项被评为良好;实施性研究课题促进管理机制的建立,提高项目地区的科研和解决实际问题的能力,为制定有关结核病防控政策和措施提供科学依据,促进结核病规划进程。结论通过对项目进行系统评价,将研究成果更好地推广应用到结核病防治工作中,促进我国结核病防治规划的实施和有关政策的制定,同时,为今后开展结核病实施性研究提供经验和借鉴,提高实施性研究水平。Objectives To evaluate the quality of project management, academic and application value of each research. Methods To search, collect literatures and materials, and analyze relative data, and assess the operational researches through evaluation survey questionnaire and ex- perts reviewing questionnaire. Results A professional team of TB control has been built up through the implementation of operational research- es. 2 monographs has been published, and 104 thesis has been published in national and international professional science periodical; 7 re- searches were ranked as excellent and 35 were ranked as good out of 42 researches. Operational researches promoted establishment of the mechanism of management and also improved the capacity of scientific research and the abilities to solve actual problems. The results of opera- tional researches provide scientific evidence for TB control policies development and promote the progress of National TB control Program （NTP）. Conclusion Through systematic review of the project, the research productions were translated into field TB control work and promoted to im- plement the NTP and develop related policies. Meanwhile, it provides experiences using for reference for carrying out operational researches in the future, and also improved the capacity of operational research.
