摘  要:介绍扩增的片段长度多态性 (AFL P)技术及其在分子流行病学中的应用。对近年来 AFL P技术在几种病原菌 (嗜肺军团菌、黄杆菌属、气单胞菌属、梭状杆菌属、芽胞杆菌属、不动杆菌属、假单胞菌属、弧菌属、幽门螺杆菌和 A组链球菌 )的应用进行综述 ,并与其它分子流行病学方法进行比较。AFL P具有其它基因指纹图谱方法的优点 ,并且相对快速、简便 ,结果可重复 ,分辨力高。AFL P是一种基于 PCR的高分辨 DNA指纹方法 ,必将广泛应用于微生物的分型与鉴定。The principle of amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) and its application in molecular epidemiology are introduced. The application of AFLP in several pathogens (such as Legionella pneumophila, Flavobacterium, Aeromonas, Clostridium, Bacillus, Acinetobacter, Pseudomonas, Vibrio, Helicobacter pylori and Group A Streptococcal) is reviewed and especially compared with other molecular epidemiological methods. AFLP shares many characteristics with other genetic fingerprinting methods. In addition, it is relatively rapid, technically simple and gives reproducible and discriminatory results. AFLP is a high resolution PCR based fingerprinting method that will be widely used in typing and identifying of microorganisms.
