摘 要:根据超高精度平面电机温升指标和运行特点,采用一种新型的双层直接水冷结构形成热绝缘,减少热量的扩散。根据计算流体力学理论,对试验样机的定子部件建立数学模型,运用ANSYS Workbench软件中FLUENT模块对平面电机定子流固耦合传热模型进行仿真计算,得到不同水冷结构和不同工况下冷却液的流场、定子部件的温度场分布。将耦合场计算结果与实测结果进行对比分析,确定定子部件局部热点、温度传感器的安放位置和不同工况下冷却液的流量。研究结果为平面电机的结构、驱动器和冷却系统的优化设计提供了理论依据。Considering temperature rise indicators of ultra-precision planar motor and operating characteristics, a novel direct double layer water-cooled structure was proposed that minimized thermal diffusivities and insulated the outer wall from the heat source. Mathematical model of test prototype's stator parts was established base on the theory of fluid dynamics. Numerical simulation analysis of fluid-solid coupled heat transfer finite element model was carried out by using the FLUENT module of ANSYS Workbench software. Internal flow field and stator parts temperature field distribution in different water-cooled structure and different operating conditions were obtained. Comparing the calculated result of coupled field with measured value, hot spot of stator parts, placement of temperature sensors and optimum flow rate under different operating conditions were determined. The conclusion provides theory basis for optimization design of motor structure, motor driver and cooling system.
