基于方差分析的肾气丸、右归丸、右归饮3首补肾阳类方配伍规律研究

摘　　要：目的:用方差分析的方法评价肾气丸、右归丸和右归饮3首补肾阳类方的疗效,探究其中的核心药和边缘药以及核心药中的补阴药和补阳药之间的配伍规律。方法:把大鼠分为:正常组、肾阳虚模型组以及3首补肾阳类方各自的原方组、核心药组和边缘药组,共11组。分别检测其T、CORT、T4。利用方差分析的方法检验各个药方组药效的差别,结合9个药方组所含的药物及药量的不同分析不同药物配伍对药效的影响。结果:3首补肾阳类方的核心药组的药效均远高于边缘药组;核心药组中药效最好的是右归丸,而右归丸的核心药中补阳药与补阴药药味和药量都是3首补肾阳类方中最多的。结论:3首补肾阳类方的核心药均对提高药效起关键作用;补肾阳类方的配伍注重阴阳并补、阴阳互济,补阴药配伍补阳药构成该类方的基本组成。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of three categorized formulas for tonifying kidney yang which contains Shenqi pill,Yougui pill and Yougui drink based on analysis of variance,to explore the law of compatibility between the core and the edge herbs as well as the law of compatibility between the yang-tonifying herbs and the yin-tonifying herbs in the core herbs.Methods：The rats were divided into normal group,model group of kidney-yang deficiency and the original prescription group,the core herbs group and the edge herbs group of these three categorized formulas for tonifying kidney yang,11 groups altogether.T,CORT and T4 were detected respectively.The differences of efficacy of the various prescription group were tested by analysis of variance,and the influence of different compatibility on the efficacy were analyzed combined with the herbs and the dosage of the various prescription group.Results：Efficacies of core herbs groups of three categorized formulas for tonifying kidney yang were much higher than the edge herbs groups;efficacy of Yougui pill was the best in the three core herbs groups,while the kinds and the quantity of the yang-tonifying herbs and the yin-tonifying herbs in the core herbs of Yougui pill were the most of these three categorized formulas for tonifying kidney yang.Conclusion：The core herbs of three categorized formulas for tonifying kidney yang played a key role in improving the efficacy.The compatibility of categorized formula for tonifying kidney yang should focus on benefiting both yin and yang,as well as mutual rooting of yin-yang,the yang-tonifying herbs and the yin-tonifying herbs constituted the basic components of this categorized formula.
