青鹏软膏在防治动静脉内瘘并发症中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察青鹏软膏在血液透析患者动静脉内瘘保护中的作用。方法:将120例行血液透析患者随机分为对照组(40例)和喜辽妥组(40例)和青鹏软膏组(40例),对照组为动静脉内瘘穿刺后常规处理组,喜辽妥组在对照组的基础上加用喜辽妥软膏外敷,青鹏软膏组在对照组的基础上加用青鹏软膏外敷。观察3组患者在开始透析12个月内发生内瘘狭窄、栓塞、假性动脉瘤、血管硬化、静脉炎、湿疹等并发症情况。结果:青鹏软膏组患者内瘘闭塞、内瘘狭窄、静脉炎、假性动脉瘤的发生率均低于对照组(P<05);青鹏软膏组患者内瘘狭窄、静脉炎、假性动脉瘤的发生率与喜辽妥组患者无明显差异(P>05),湿疹的发生率低于喜辽妥软膏组(P<05)。结论:青鹏软膏对动静脉内瘘有较强的保护功能,可明显减少动静脉内瘘的并发症。Objective ：To observe the efficacy of Qingpeng ointment ,which can provide preventions for arteriovenous fistula patients. Methods：We divided 120 hemodialysis patients into three groups randomly. The control group （40）was treated conventionally in puncture of patients with arteriovenous fistula, while the other two were treated with Qingpeng ointment and Xiliaotuo oint-ment severally. Then we observed the complications of the three hemodialysis groups, such as fistula stenosis, embolism, false aneurysm,arteriosclerosis,phlebitis, eczema and so on in the next 12 months. Results：The incidence rates of fistula occlusion, fistula stenosis, phlebitis, false aneurysm in the Qingpeng ointment group was lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Comparing to the Xiliaotuo ointment group, it made no differences from the Qingpeng ointment group in the incidence rates of fistula stenosis, phlebitis, false aneurysm （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but lower in eczema （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Qingpeng ointment can provide strong protection for arteriovenous fistula, which decreases the incidence rates of the complications of arteriovenous fistula obviously.
