中药口服加灌肠治疗盆腔炎性包块64例

摘　　要：目的:观察中药口服加灌肠治疗盆腔炎性包块湿热瘀结证的疗效。方法:将64例盆腔炎性包块患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各32例,治疗组用自制中药口服加中药灌肠治疗,对照组口服抗妇炎胶囊加康妇消炎栓纳肛治疗,两组均治疗3个疗程,观察两组疗效及治疗前后症状及体征的变化。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组疗效比较有显著差异P<0.05。结论:中药口服加中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性包块有良好的疗效,并能明显改善症状体征。Objective ： To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） on chronic pelvic inflammatory mass - induced damp-heat stasis via oral administration plus retention edema. Methods ： 64 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory mass were randomly divided into two groups ：32 cases for each. One group as treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine via oral administration plus retention edema;the other group as control：was treated with anti-inflammation capsule orally and anal supposi- tory ; both groups were administered for 3 courses. The changes of symptoms and physical signs before and after treatment were ob- served. Results：The treatment group was markedly effective than the control：and the difference between the two groups was statis- tically significant（P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ：The treatment of TCM on chronic pelvic inflammatory mass orally plus retention edema was more effective：and the symptoms and signs were markedly ameliorated.
