摘　　要：为了解中医治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床进展,对近10年来有关资料进行了归纳总结,从脏腑辨证的角度进行论述。文献资料表明,大多医家在临床中治疗变应性鼻炎时,主要是以肺脾肾为基础进行治疗,针对不同证型随证加减用药,三脏兼顾,收到良好效果。To understand Chinese medicine treatment of allergic rhinitis clinical progress in recent years the information was summarized from the perspective of dialectical organs are discussed.Literature shows that most of the doctors in the clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis,mainly as the basis for the treatment of lung,spleen and kidney,evidence for different syndromes with drug addition and subtraction,taking into account the three dirty,received good results.
